What about no pain, no gain? No pain, no gain simply isn't true. There are many types of activities that benefit your body and they're not painful at all! Exercise should be fun! You don't have to work-out in a gym and do the same routine everyday. The key to staying active is to have fun while doing it! You should always challenge your body by switching your routine and getting your heart rate up by doing different exercises like walking for 45 minutes per day, weight training for 20 minutes every other day, play soccer, tennis or any sport at least twice a week or more. Remember that the key is to be active everyday for at least 45 minutes in order to burn the calories you have ate all day and to get your body moving and speed up your metabolism. Our bodies are meant to move so it is important to remember that sitting at a computer and watching TV or playing video games is not exercise and does not burn many calories. Sports are exercise too! Here are just some sports that are plenty of fun and good for you too!
